Deliveries

Flat delivery fees of $12.50 everywhere else in Australia. 


If I place my order today, when should I expect my delivery?  

All orders are processed within 2 days. Standard delivery is between 2-5 business days after pick up by the carrier. In most instances it normally takes less than 2 weeks for your order. 

Tracking information will also be provided (check your email) which contains an expected arrival date to manage your expectation.  


Will I obtain tracking information for my order? 

Yes you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


If my delivery hasn't arrived after the expected arrival date what do I do? 

Firstly please check your email inbox if there is any delay to your delivery by the carrier. If there has not been any update from the carrier we advise to contact the carrier directly.

We can help in the process however all enquiries should be directed to them personally.


What if my package is lost? 

In the event of a lost package, please use the provided tracking number to monitor its status through our courier partner's website. Remember, incorrect shipping addresses are a common cause of lost packages, so please double check your shipping address when placing your order. 


Can I get a refund? 

At OohSnaacks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from receipt to return the box for a full refund. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for refunds, and exclusions will be clearly outlined on the product pages. 

Refunds are processed upon receiving the returned box at our office. To qualify, items must be unopened and in saleable condition. 

Please note that the cost to return the box to our office is at your own expense.
